How many accounts can I have?

You are only allowed 1 account per household. Any household with multiple accounts will have their accounts disabled.

How do I reset my password?

You may reset your password by following these steps:

1. Go to https://promo.joingiftly.com/apply/
2. Enter your Giftly email address and click "Send Reset Token"
3. Check your email for the reset token, copy and paste it into the reset password form (if you do not see the email, please check your spam folder)
4. Enter a new password

Do you provide free samples?

We do not provide free samples but we do provide the opportunity to test new products at prices not available to the public.

How can I apply for a Premium Membership?

The Premium Membership is a very exciting opportunity to receive extra Gifting Suite claims per month and even more (higher value) exclusive deals from our partners. The membership is currently at capacity, but please hang tight with us until more spots are open!

Cash Back Offers

What does "new-customer reward offers" mean?

Different offers are made available to new and returning customers for each brand – if you had previously bought from a brand then you would only be eligible for returning customer offers from that brand, but you would still be eligible for new customer offers from other brands. When you initially land on the site we do not know which brands you are a new or returning customer of, so we display new customer offers only.

Why did my cash back amount change during checkout?

Different offers are made available to new and returning customers for each brand – if you had previously bought from a brand then you would only be eligible for returning customer offers from that brand, but you would still be eligible for new customer offers from other brands. During checkout we confirm whether you have previously pruchased from the given brand and, if so, we replace the new customer offer with the corresponding returning customer offer.

When will I receive my cash back?

Your cash back will be made available per the terms specific to the partner you are buying through. Typically this is a deposit of the cash back amount to the card used for payment within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping

Is this available outside the US?

We are currently only working with US merchants, but check back with us in the future, as we are always continuing to expand.

How do I edit my shipping address?

To edit your shipping details, you may go to this link and click 'Edit' to amend an existing address on your account. If you need to add a different one, click "Add" and fill out the necessary details. Once done, click "Add shipping info". Please try doing this first before placing your order.

Has my product shipped yet?

You'll get an email from the brand directly once your order ships. If you haven't gotten an update after 7 days, please reach out to us and we'll look into it for you.

My address is incorrect. Can I change my shipping details?

Unfortunately, we can no longer edit the address once the order has been processed. In this case, we highly suggest for you reach out to the brand's customer support and ask how to change your shipping information (or if it's possible).

Billing

How do I edit my card details?

To edit your card details, you may go to this link and click 'Add Billing Info' to enter a new credit card. Please try doing this first before placing your order.

Why am I charged for the shipping/tax?

Please note that depending on the state you live in, some products will require you to pay shipping and/or tax. In some cases the no tax + free shipping products will indeed be completely free, but since each brand operates in different states, we can't control that part of what's generated in each user's Gifting Suite.

I received two receipts with different prices

Note that you'll receive 2 different order receipts via email:
Receipt 1 will be from Klickly (with what you actually paid)
Receipt 2 will be from the brand who’ll be sending you the product.
The email from the brand with the full price isn't what you actually paid, they've sent that email as a confirmation for your order. The brand is simply fulfilling the order you've placed through us.

How can I apply points to my order?

Once you have selected the items to add in your shopping cart, you can enter the amount of points to apply to your order in the "Pay with Points" section. The points available in your account is also shown.

Returns

How can I return my order?

If the product is free, then refunds/exchanges aren’t applicable.

I received a damaged or expired item

The brand whose product you purchased is responsible for the fulfillment of their orders. Unfortunately, that means we have very little insight into any fulfillment issues. In this case, we’d suggest reaching out to the brand directly for a replacement/refund.

How can I cancel my order?

Any product that is claimed or purchased can be canceled on the receipt page for 1 hour.
However, when all sales are final and the item is shipped, cancelation is no longer possible.
